Investor Visa

The Dubai Investor Visa is ideal for foreign nationals who want to live in Dubai and start their own business or invest in an existing business. You can be granted the right to reside in the UAE, and you will be able to enter and leave as you please for the duration of your visa.

If you want to get investor visa in Dubai you will have to invest a minimum amount of money in the UAE.

Foreigners can start a business or invest in an existing company in Dubai’s mainland or free zones, and receive the National Residence Permit (NRP), which is a residence visa. To be eligible for this permit, foreigners must own shares in an existing company worth at least AED 72,000. They may also establish a company with a capital investment of the same amount (or more).

The investor visa is issued by the immigration department of Dubai in UAE. This visa is ideal for all those who wish to invest in Dubai, as they are allowed to live and work in the country. Additionally, Dubai investor visa holders can also obtain a family visa quota for their spouses, unmarried children below 18 years old, parents and grandparents.

Investor visa cost –

Entry permit :

AED 1,175 for individuals in the UAE and AED 525 for individuals outside the UAE.

Change of status :

AED 675 (not required for individuals entering from outside the UAE).

Medical :

350 normal , 450 urgent, 750 VIP.

Visa stamping :

Approximately AED 870. Emirates ID: AED 405.

Duration of visa :

3 YEARS.
