Dubai South is a megaproject that sits at the heart of Dubai’s future economic growth and expansion. Dubai South will be built on 145 square kilometers, almost twice the size of Hong Kong Island and designed to support both cargo and passenger aviation. The project also aims to support a variety of activities including logistics, exhibition and commercial businesses around Al Maktoum International Airport, which is scheduled to open in 2021.
Dubai South Offer
We offer our clients different kinds of workspaces. They include Smart office, which is a shared office with no permanent desks allocated, and smart desk, which is a flexi desk available for 5 hours of usage per week and one hour per day. Permanent facilities can be leased to clients who will have the keys to their offices, as well as the desk facility itself. All work spaces have first 5 hours free usage of meeting rooms prior booking is required. After that they are charged AED75 per hour.

Industrial License :
Manufacturing activities, including electronic assembly and testing industries; light manufacturing activities; development of projects; engineering, distribution and marketing related to the above activities.
Logistic License :
Logistics License is issued only for logistics services. It allows the company to provide warehousing, storage, and distribution services in Dubai South free zone.
Trading And General Trading License :
Free zone companies in Dubai can do general trading activities (import, export and re-export) from the free zone to other free zones in UAE. The license can be used for the sale of products within the local market, as well as for distribution or warehousing of products imported for use in manufacturing activities.
Service License :
Issued for services specified in the License within the Dubai South, but not restricted to; Designing and implementation of a “value added services” strategy for your business through our experienced team of accountants and professional support staff.
Education License :
Education License is the right to set up and organize a college, school, institute of learning, technical training center and professional educational courses under their authority, as well as educational and cultural services.
